Bush hasn't cut one single social program since he took office. In fact spending has nearly doubled from what the Clinton Administrations spent. But yet, he sits around hoping that blacks and gays and poor people drown and starve and get beaten up for their sexual preference. People who think like that are as reasonable as a mental patient.
