I have not worked for them, but contacted them about a year ago about working for them. Tina was prompt about answering my questions. At the time I was an employee and did not want to be an IC. I do not know how they are to work for, but they have more overseas MTs than American ones. I just assumed from this that the good work would probably go there, and the local MTs would get what was left. They were very honest and up front about this though.
