The program was NEVER set up to be MT friendly-- it is set up to accommodate voice recognition. We were lied to from the beginning-- the formatting was supposed to be done by the system after the fact, yeah, right. Each account has a different format and you have to sit and read through all the client profiles and try to remember everything. They said we would increase our line count by 25%-- yeah, right. I have to work longer and harder to even make the minimum any more. So much for "progress"-- maybe to them, but not us.
