It's called directed quality assurance.  It is two weeks of careful monitoring to make sure you have your account and Bayscribe under control before they let you loose on the account.  No more than 5 reports or 20 minutes of work every day for two weeks.  They are looking for accuracy and how well you deal with problems that come up.  They want to know that you know your stuff.  I am hoping that I get it pretty quickly.  DQS was a piece of cake for me to learn.  So, I think Bayscribe will be fairly easy too.  As for the account, we from MQ have lots of experience with new accounts, just not quality time with each one.  Am looking forward to one or two accounts and no moving around.  If you're waiting to hear from them, good luck and hope you get the chance to work for them.
