I used it very briefly last year and it was actually quite easy to use. Everything goes through that site and your files are stored there until you delete them. You can post e-mails via the site and also do live chats via that site. It was kind of neat, not hard to learn. I haven't used that site for quite awhile, though, as now the company I worked for in the past didn't use a site like this. In fact, to use the site, the company I worked for had created a file name for me in order to even access the site. So not sure about everyone just "jumping" on the site and using it without prior log-ins, etc.

I always used this program.  User friendly and affordable.
Any info on CryptoHeaven?

Up until this point I have always done tape transcription.  I have a physician who wants to try digital.  After searching around I found that CryptoHeaven is HIPAA compliant.  However, since I've never done anything like this I am a bit confused on the whole thing.  Any input on how this works or if you've used the site how you found them to be (anything at all would be appeciated).

TIA

Lisa

Am wondering if anyone is familiar with Cryptoheaven

I have a new account that I'll be using this for and am wondering if it is hard to teach an office to use.  I've used it before as an IC and loved it.

Do I need to go down to the office or can it be done over the net.
