Anyone heard of a company called Charter, and if so, is this the full name of the company?

With Charter
we pay for business speed, but it's down more than up. With them, they offer 5-6 speed which is fantastic! I just wondered about the reliability.
I just put in charter internet. The sm
service rep did not set up the e-mail for me, I had to call charter. Its not a big deal. BUT, they told me until I got my first bill to get the numbers off they would do it for me over the phone. They set up a user name (that I picked), etc. etc. I use outlook express so they gave me all the information I needed so everything would download into outlook.
Once you get your first bill, the account numbers and things are on there and you can set up I think a total of 6 or 8 e-mail addresses. Believe me, I am next to computer illiterate and it wasn't hard!

Hi frelvis.
As I am seriously considering hiring on with SoftScript and wondering about the company, I decided to read some of the reviews here. With 15+ years as an MT myself, I appreciate the positive comments made.
There is no such thing as a "perfect" employer, just as there are no "perfect" employees. So far, my interaction with SoftScript has been positive.
I'll let you know if I get hired.
Thanks,
CKent

POLL: Home School vs. Charter School vs. Public School vs. Priv ate School...
Pros and cons of each too. I have two little ones that will be starting school soon and I would like opinions on all. Thanks in advance! :)
