I agree with you about the quality of MTs but with the line rates they are paying. And from my experience, most offices never read the reports and don't care about quality either way. Quality is probably last on the list of requirements needed for contracting with transcription services these days

I just started editing. Would you be willing to talk to me a little bit about it via e-mail? I have a great deal of questions that I'd love to discuss with a seasoned QA specialist.
