Best job I ever had I was never evaluated

 I came to work. I did my job. We were all friends there. About 4 doctors and staff.
No criticism of my work or applauding. No stupid "reviews" as if I were in grade school and getting a report-card - to me that's degrading for an adult to go through in the first place. Besides, think about it - do you see offices calling in DOCTORS and doing a review on them and saying - "Well, Bill, I see you just don't have a good attitude so we have to give you 10 demerits this time". That's laughable. MTs are professionals. What the heck are they having to say "good job" or "inferior job" for? It's a job. If I don't do it good - then fire me - but don't degrade me by having reviews.
If I do my job - you pay me.
And you give me raises.
And with raises I continue to stay.
You don't give me raises I go somewhere else.
Pretty basic.
