My personal experience has been that if they undercut you that much for the average price in your area, they are usually brand new MTs without anyone to mentor them through. Foolish move on their part. Do not supply any of your macros, templates, etc. for that client, etc, unless they were supplied to you. New service will muddle through for a while and make mistakes, but the client will have little patience for it. After about 6 weeks, send them a little note saying you hope the transition was smooth, thank them for the opportunity to work with them, and should the need arise in the future for your services, to please contact you. You just may be surprised at their response.
