I feel for you. Try Vonage. I explained to them exactly what I would be doing and how long I would be on the line and they said it was fine. Of course, you have to have high speed internet.
I finally had to look for a job where I did not need ULD. If you think about it, the telephone companies are getting ripped off by these transcription companies who want us to have ULD. The transcription company is making a huge profit because they are not having to pay phone cost. Good luck!
