earaches, tingling, itching, etc., the only headset I find I can wear is Radio Shack titanium pro 35A. I love them. They have a volume control setting on the headset cord. They fit flat against the ear without pressure.
If it gets too bad, go see an ENT. It could be a problem you need to get checked out.
