in bakery section - orange wrapper
They're WONDERFUL - if you've never tried them, do. They are in an orange package.
But I am only 120 lbs, with a "cute" bubble! nm

Do you ever get that annoying *bubble*
in your ear? I have one in my left ear today and I can't get it to go away. You know, when you talk and you can hear yourself really LOUD! I have tried popping my ears....I tried irrigation....I thought I may have had water in it from my shower this morning, but nope. It's driving me nuts and has made it very difficult to hear on that side today. Does anyone have any tips on getting it to go away?
Head bubble
Yes, it's disgusting. Try submerging your head under water, i.e., swimming or tub, etc. When you come up, pinch both sides of your nose closed and blow as hard as you can. Usually works for me. Good luck.
not to burst your bubble but (sm)
(and not trying to be mean) are you actually having to hit a key to make this noise? If so, all those Keystrokes by the end of the day add up to that many lines that you WON'T get paid before. You could have been making actual paid-for keystrokes instead.
Sorry to burst your bubble
My cardiologist's office has been using EMR for years. One of the early versions of their program is on display at the Smithsonian. The documentation is clear, clean and accurate. He let me see it because I used to transcribe for the office. Now they have a Transcriptionist only for letters. A nurse does the triage - vital signs, review of meds, allergies and past history. The doc is as focused on me during the exam as he ever was. He enters the data at the end of the visit. I have no complaints. They are a huge practice and have many offices. The office I go to is not the one at the hospital where I would go in an emergency - but they can easily get my record on their VPN. No waiting until the office opens to pull a chart and then truck it to the hospital. Their EMR required a lot of programming to get all the drop down boxes and choices, but it's wonderful! And yes, they have back-up and security up the wazoo.
No, sorry to burst YOUR bubble, but...
I have read and did some research on the EMR and a lot of patients did NOT like the fact that there doctors typed away on the keyboard more than examining them. Not all patients or staff is so easily sold on this technology. Like any other system, it takes a while to learn and get the kinks out, but the thought of a doc typing in the exam room while listening to me still leaves me with a bad feeling.
That is not good pay. Sorry to burst your bubble. ! nm

I hate 2 burst ur bubble...
But U truly R barking up the wrong tree, lady! Sheesh - manhater???
I hate to burst your bubble but....
the drugs, sex, pregnancies, and all the rest flourish in the private schools too. Have you heard of the principal in New York who cancelled the prom because of all the extravagance and partying that occurs after their proms? My best friend went to catholic high school 25 yrs ago and 7 girls were pregnant at graduation. Then there's the troubled kids who are dumped into private schools after the public schools after they are expelled. It's nice to think that you can insulate your precious offspring from all the nastiness in the world, but you'll better serve them by teaching them values and morals at home and how to resist those things which are bad for them. Your kids will gravitate towards the kind of kids that they are. I have a high school senior who has never been in trouble, has nice friends, and knows how to resist the bad stuff that's out there.
Dont want to burst a bubble
but I think you should think about a plan of action before deciding on the first thing that is suggested!
Be careful that an action you take is going to advance your cause - not just get you fired. :)
I think I might start a blog.
I hate to burst your bubble....
....and they seem to be able spin a good tale.....do a search on Focus, and you will see that they are not the most up and up company out there. I'm afraid you'll find it's very hard to make a good living with them, even if you do work graveyard shift and get a good differential. I would hope I'm wrong, and you do well. But it's highly doubtful, as dozens of QA would tell you who have been there, done that...
I hate to burst your perverted bubble.
Maybe you are a molestor and would get off on knowing that I was molested, but I wasn't, so sorry.
Yeah..call me crazy but I pack it in bubble wrap and pillows..You'd be going a little further so
As far as a laptop, it's a hassle, but you can take that in a carryon bag so you know it would be knocked around. The worst part is that you have to take it out everytime you go through security at the airports but it isnt bad. I just ordered a laptop today so I can start taking that and retire my desktop..that is as long as this new adapter I just bought works like others say it will. My husband is bascially retired and I hated that he could travel without me so I quit my in-house jobs to go home this year doing transcription and now that summer is here and our little one is out of school, we're off and running. Vegas this month, then Calfornia the next..etc... I love this job!!!
