More Vonage griping
I wasn't asked about residential or business, but I told them I was going to do transcription on it. When I called to cancel, they asked if I would keep Vonage if they lowered the price to less than 10 dollars a month (answer, no). They also said I had used over 2500 hours in the first 2 or 3 weeks and I should not get a refund. I told them that I was dialing into a system in a city nearby that normally was not long distance but which Vonage considers long distance, which is why I had so many hours. Lastly, as I harp on about this, they said I had "legitimate problems" for which reason I would get a refund.
They are not griping about just cherrypicking, the point of this
whole post was how can an MT who works for Softscript get that many lines when the rest of us had our SPACES TAKEN AWAY AND LINE COUNTS ARE FALLING, WITHOUT BEING TOLD WHEN IT WAS DONE.  We are told on an almost daily basis that the "line count" server is down and will catch up.  GUESS WHAT, IT NEVER DOES.  Although, apparently it does for a select FEW, aka the positive posts on here.
Just keep quiet. You are griping and complaining. nm
