Anyone use sbcglobal?

Right at the moment we have Charter cable internet. I'm very very disappointed with it as it's down a lot. We pay for business speed but certainly aren't getting it. I see that SBC has bundle packages with 3-5 speed for their internet and they have the internet phone service as well. Does anyone presently use them and if so, how is the speed and reliability?
