Anyone know how QA percentages are calculated?

They obviously aren't the total number of Keystrokes divided by the mistakes, but I have no other idea of what numbers they would use.  I assume that for the use of a phrase like "98% accuracy" there must be a standard way of calculating that?  Thanks for your response.

"Rounding" is always calculated at .5 -- less for anything lower.
It will average itself out down the line.
