Here's another viewpoint...sm
The company I work for supplies the templates because the client makes these requests. We pay the transcriptionists for everything in the document - even the patient information that they don't type in because it comes from the ADT feed. By having the patient data come from the client's ADT feed there aren't errors associated with dictators providing wrong information or the MTs making guesses. It is a pain when a client insists on certain preset headings to be used but then wants them modified to whatever a dictator states - but when they're the ones paying the bills for everyone you have to do what they want or someone else will.

my viewpoint
I used the MagicJack for a while at my old home and was really happy with it; then I moved to my new home and for some reason it did not work as well and I had to get another land line put in. I would recommend it if you have good internet connections and speeds though.
