Don't be skipping over the harder dictators because you can't take the time to learn them or that work type. If you don't want to type it, chances are nobody else does either, but somebody has to do it, right? But I guess when the work pool starts to dry up, that leaves more work for the rest of us, unless you all of a sudden want to learn them.
