ridiculous for anyone to spend a bunch of time trying to figure out something that could be easily done with the physician's help.

I also think it is pathetic that they will often send the company notes with references to what they are saying when everyone leaves blanks because of their horrendous dictating (and these are not ESLs). They can see no one is able to understand them, so rather than giving us written reference (which is better than nothing), you'd think they get a clue that maybe they should speak in an way that we can understand them.

In a world of new and improved, we are left to do things the hard way. I can't even think of a strong enough word to express my feelings about it. Definitely b**s***!!
