sounds to me like she is working on stealing the account out from under the service. She has an agreement to email the client without the MTSO knowing about it?  riiiiiiiight.

So either be quiet and start looking on the Job board or speak up. And I wouldn't worry about her coming back on you. If she worked for my service she would be terminated immediately. There's not a professional bone in her body.
