thanks guys for the suggestions. We live in the middle of a woods with the pole on the street. It is quite a distance from the pole to our house, as our house sits back on the property quite a ways. Comcast has been out several times. They even put a booster box in our attached garage. We are still having problems off and on. I will try the suggestions though. I do not want to lose a job due to not having reliable Internet service.
