I had trouble too until I switched my lines to business lines - cheaper too! Now when I need something, including repair, it is same day. Billing discrepancies no longer happen. I have access to a living person rather than a robot. In my city, the same building houses both residential and business represenatives, but they are in different rooms in the building. I love AT&T now. Try switching to business lines.
