What was put: PSH: Debilitation anatomy and knee surgery.
What it should be: PSH: Tubal ligation, laminectomy at L5-S1, knee surgery.
Ya gotta love it.

They'll let you use vacation time for the day you missed due to a hurricane forcing you to evacuate from your house? Hmmm, sounds real generous, NOT! LOL You're certainly a dedicated employee to them by buying a laptop and working at the library. I would never do that. If it was my company, you all would have at least the next week off paid as a gesture of my support during this troubling time. Kudos to you for being such a good employee.

Well, at least for the one finger she's pointing at everyone else, she's got three pointing back at herself. I have never had a problem with a lack of teamwork or help since I started MT 5 years ago, but I don't have the attitude problem that the OP seems to have either. Some people just never figure out that THEY may be the problem. Oh well, maybe tomorrow no one will pee in her Wheaties.

If so, join the ranks of 20+ others of us former D&L ICs and employees who never received our pay for the work we produced in June-July 2007.
If it is them, I suggest you run quickly the other way and cut your losses now. Sadly, there is not a thing that can be done to them. PA Dept of Labor has no provision for ICs, and they are fully aware of it. Dealing with the courts in NE PA is a joke, as they cannot figure out which magistrate handles which county.

What doc actually dictated: AP lateral and oblique x-rays of the left 5th digit were obtained.
