Most companies are paying 50% for voice recognition. Medquist pays 70% (for now anyway).
Some MTs enjoy ASR, some don't. I much rather type the report from scratch. Productivity depends on the dictator and how well ASR translates. Some ASR reports are totally garbage, get paid less and have to practically type the whole thing yourself.
Get used to change, eventually all companies will be using ASR.
