MQ pay by the hour -- you've got to be kidding!! if you haven't had the training yet they do a 1-hour you-don't-learn-a-thing (typical of MQ) session (we didn't even have the manual to have in front of us to go along with as someone i guess didn't make it a priority for the lowly MTs that we are and ship it in time for the session, so you couldn't understand what the hell was going on anyway). Oh, but they pleasantly surprised me-- they actually paid $20 for that 1 hour of training, but as far as getting paid by the hour while you're actually hands on you can forget that!! Haven't you learned by now that MQ can do just about anything they want to and they smile while they're stabbing you in the back.
