ASR?

I am presuming you are in the US? There is an MQ company here in Canada that claims to have been offering ASR to clients since 2003. We only found this out recently. Noticably, there has been less work recently, on the account I work with. Having been in charge of transcription 20+ year ago, I always knew there was a problem, i.e., staffing, good MT's and so started my own business. At the time, more work than I could handle. Had I been able to get a loan, may have stuck with it and been the "monster" that's around today. Every big company is in it for the money. They know nothing about doing the transcription. It will be good if ASR does fail. We were talking about it 15 year ago! Now it's seems it's here.
