Yep, no one wants to work anymore at work. Everything is supposed to be nice and neat and wrapped in a bow for you these days. And your comment about griping is SO TRUE. Complain and cry if there is no work, complain if there is too much work, complain if it is an ESL account or backup or trash or whatever. People are never happy. You know what, give to us then, the MTs that actually want to work. I type whatever they give me without complaint. If I feel I am only making $2 because the account is bad, I work longer until I get what I need. WHY? Because no one is going to GIVE IT TO ME. It is work, a doctor dictated it. Someone has to do it? WHY SHOULDN"T IT BE YOU???????????
