I have lost my job of 14 years (supervisor 14 years in-house transcription department). The service that took over has offered me a position. I wanted to try them but not take their insurance because I feel it is high. I was going to go COBRA just in case I did not like working for the service to guarantee coverage for 18 months. COBRA is going to cost me $1,200.00 a month with a $400.00 deductible for my husband and I. This is totally outrageous. Now, I do not know what to do! I feel so screwed over my my company that I was loyal to for so many years! We had a termination meeting last week, but we are still employed until 08/31/07, with the service taking over on 09/01/07, and they expect us to have good attitudes and keep producing quality work - - WELL YOU KNOW WHAT TO @#$##@ WITIH THEM!
