is, for example, you have a 10 minute voice file -- figure that is, at the least, going to take you ten minutes to type (on a good day and if you're perfect that day). If the doctor is easy to hear, etc., then you might be close to that time, but mostly it takes you about time and a half, so about 15 minutes to do the 10 minute file. At least it gives me a "guesstimate" of how long it takes so I can plan my day. Hope that helps!

And again, I realize that most MTSOs use the BOS as a guideline BUT
that doesn't mean it is correct. That's all I'm saying. MTs give the BOS and AHDI too much credit and too much power and what do the give us in return. HEADACHES!
If you meet guideline, you are IC. Taxman has guidelines for what is IC in your state.
