I think it is a great pay rate, but then, I've only been an MT since Sept of 2005. The company I work for, I only make 5.5 cpl with incentive for over 1150 lines in my 8 hr. shift with below 10% proofing, all very easy to do with this company. The old company I worked for, I was an independent contractor and made 8 cpl starting, and that was right after graduating from Career Step, but then, I didn't make nearly what I do now because 95%+ of their dictators were ESL and it plain sucked!!! This company has many more benefits to working for them, even at the lower pay rate...Good luck with your decision! AJ
