I do have multiple docs, but only about 4 that I transcribe for regulary. I have created templates for each. They are all very repetitive. I do very well on these accounts. I used to do acute care for 9 cpl, but I earn more with clinic accounts at 8 cpl, making around $5-7 more per hour! I would prefer to do acute care and have the variety that came with it, but I just make too much with my clinic accounts, so now I just stick with them.
