Hey, good question! Also, we are very busy too trying to figure out what these ESL doctors are saying because some of us do not have as much experience as QA does. So, all in all, are we not the MTs who keep them in business? As far as I see it, it's not our fault nor QAs fault that they are busy, it's the company whose is at fault here. Once in a while I do send a thank you when I have to create a deficiency due to blanks from not understanding an ESL doctor or like you stated, noise in the background just to let them know I appreciate their input, especially when I trained on OP Reports.....I would type a note saying, "sorry for all the blanks". This is a dog-eat-dog business at times but we survive and we "all" give it our best.
