Some of us who are willing to provide a complete resume that can be verified, are willing to stand on a good reputation, and who DO show up for work, cannot seem to locate MTSOs who want to hire us. Some of us want to work for MTSOs who want to develop a lasting, professional relationship. Some of us are not interested in job hopping. An extra penny a line is not worth having to work at a job that one loathes. Integrity at the MTSO end is worth more than a penny a line to many of us. I wish we could find you out there, MTSOs.
