I know what you mean... I had my CMT for 15 years and let it go... I found that you may get the job before someone else, but as far as pay, I have never received any more money because I had those "three little letters" behind my name. It's a real shame that we practically have to be doctors and get 5 to 8.5 cents per line for knowing much of what the physicians know...
