I dunno how effective it is but
from what I could see most of those exercises could be done just as well on an exercise ball, and its a lot cheaper too.
I have heard it is effective but
it is a really strict regimen you have to follow- you have to avoid some kind of chemical, I can't remember what, but its in like deoderant and all kinds of other stuff. It sounds like it would be a pain to go through it but then again it would sure beat hurting all the time.
read somewhere generic is not as effective as brand name

News flash: NO birth control is 100% effective.
Maybe she was on birth control. Who knows? The Spears' do not seem like intelligent people to me, so maybe she wasn't smart enough to be on birth control, but remember that even the pill is only 99% effective when taken perfectly, and I imagine most women forget a pill every now and then, which lowers its effectiveness even more. I hope and pray my kids don't have children at a young age, but if they do I will accept their children with open arms and try to be the best grandma I can be. Much of life is about making the best of a bad situation. Not everything is picket fences and roses.
right; effective, quick, cheap method; have always believed this; always will

Bag balm and sweat socks...Nasty but very effective...
My feet get so dry they crack and bleed, summer or winter. It takes me about 3 days of sleeping in sweat socks, but it works. Also I swear by anything with shea butter in it, especially anything from Bath and Body Works rocks!!!. I also swear by Gold Bond Ultimate Soothing skin therapy lotion. It has shea butter in it too and it rocks too. There is no real smell to it so if you are allergic or sensitive, then this will work.
I wonder if we could somehow augment our MT salaries by being spokespeople for these companies. LOL.
Has anyone tried The Bean, abdominal exerciser? Effective? Worth the money?
