Do you mean he is the son of her sister? She being the aunt?

Ask your g'mother's lawyer! Maybe your g'mother did write a testament and you were not told about it.

If the nursing home expenses were paid out of her assets for 2 years, who arranged all this? Her assets surely shrunk due to her stay in the nursing home.
