Purchase medium, closed cap mushrooms. Clean with damp cloth. Remove stems and set aside. Place mushroom caps on cookie sheet - sprinkle with salt and pepper. Set aside. Sautee minced stems, onions, crabmeat, salt, pepper, garlic, and olive oil in pan until tender. Let cool. Stuff mushrooms. Top with parmesean cheese and lightly sprinkle with olive oil. Bake in 375º oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve warm. (They do not keep well the next day.)
