In Reply to: Unemployment - Susie
If they hired you and you were unable to perform the job, or were only able to perform part of the required job - IT IS THEIR FAULT for hiring an incompetent, not your fault.
So you absolutely qualify for unemployment because you were dismissed through no fault of your own because you could do part of the job, just not all of it.
My job, after firing me, called me daily asking me to sign something to release them from unemployment because it was easier to get a new job if I had quit rather than be fired. No dice, make them pay for humiliating you.
