My daughters each have tattoos, and it's my understanding it's quite normal for the top layer of colored skin to peel off like that. I would love to see your TAT if you could post a pic. I am seriously considering getting on my foot or ankle area in a couple weeks when I travel to Myrtle Beach. I've been wanting one for a long time, but just can't seem to decide what to get. I'm thinking about a palm tree with some flip-flops.
