Do they have any no-kill shelters where you live?  Near me they have many rescue groups, could you contact some of those in  hopes they can help?  It sounds like you really  have your hands full.  This is such a huge problem in this country.  Millions of animals are put to sleep in shelters across the country every year, so sad.  Spaying and neutering just doesn't seem to be done enough.  I feel for you - but don't feel bad.  You are doing the best  you can and at last got them off the street so they won't get hit by a car or something.

Bless your heart! I hope you can place the animals, but please do not feel bad. You have done all the right things. Sounds like this is just too much. My cat is a stray/rescue. It was a year before I could even hold her. Just recently I found out her previous owner put a shock collar on her and she took off. She was a mess, but worth the effort. She has turned out to be the best cat I have ever had. Good Luck! Have you tried Paws? I believe they have a website.
My heart is also tender when it comes to strays.
Cats and dogs.  If I cannot find the owners, I take them to our local Humane Society.  It is the only way that I can be sure they will be given the necessary shots, spayed or neutered and then given a good chance at adoption.  I already have all the animals I can physically and financially provide for.  I often visit at the Humane Society to see how they are doing and am always pleased when they have found homes.  The folks there are all angels in my eyes.  Good luck!
