Invest in some "pie irons." You will find them in any camping dept. we bought ours at fleet farm. you spray the sides with nonstick spray and create. You can do any kind of sandwiches. My kids always likes to do pillsbury biscuit dough with pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni.
Just put them in the fire for a minute or two on each side and there's your sandwich. The kids loved them 'cuz they could create. you can use anything for the "bread" and any fillings you like. we also did desserts in them - biscuits, pie fillings and seal them shut, cook them in the first and spread on a little frosting from a can. Big hit with everyone.
