I can just picture the family meeting. There was your first mistake, so apologize for that.
Your son can't play video games anymore, he needs to stay home with his pregnant girlfriend....she is right.
Apologize believeably for the adoption comment and beg forgiveness. My mother tried to sell my baby to a lady at her work when I got pregnant, we have not spoken for 15 years.
Take her shopping for maternity clothes...at one of the cool shops and don't make her pick from the clearance rack either....you're right you have made too many sacrifices for your son, now he has to share your affection with his new family that he created.
He probably needs to be a man and start his own household.
Alternatively, this new little family can be broken before it starts. He will still owe her child support for 21 years whether either one of you ever see the baby or not. It is quite enforceable by law and will make him miserable if he ever tries to start a new family with someone else.
Your best bet is to make sure this new little family survives....
As for supporting her vendetta, if he can stand up to you, he can stand up to her....eventually.
