you sound SO much like me. . i was always small. . ate what I wanted until about 4-5 years ago - I don't know what happened-I think they call it menopause. . . I think I should be able to just exercise a little more and that should take care of it!. . . Please let me know when it works for you-I'm sure it will. . it has to . . . I have been using an exercise bike for about 20 min a day. . it has worked slightly... I still have a ways to go. . .
