windup statistic. For your information I walked out, took care of myself and raised two great kids and now have a person who would never ever treat anyone like that. I have also volunteered with domestic abuse. After awhile these stories get old when folks will not take the advice you give them. This obviously has been going on awhile and there is always an excuse not to get out, i.e. insurance! Come on! In most states, she could be held responsible for child abuse herself if that child is hit and she doesn't get out! Is she going to wait until he trys to kill her or the kids? Then whine? It gets real old when people want advice and won't take it. She is the one who has made it plain that this has been going on awhile and has not gotten out. This didn't just start. My guess is she won't get out. As far as the pastor, that is a great place t o go only if he is helping her to get out and not encouraging her to stay. Anger issues and rage? You bet................against women like this is 2008 who will not get themselves or their kids out and come up with every excusei n the book not to get out. But when they wind up nearly dead then they blame it on the system. You are doggone right, she doesn't deserve to keep the kids there. If she wants to stay fine, but those kids don't deserve this! She is fooling herself if she thinks she is keeping it from her kids.
