interest-only payment

We'll just be paying "interest only" for the house, so that would be around $2700 monthly. Do you think our combined income would be enough for this? If we don't get approved by a finance institution, someone will co-sign for us to get the house.

They do have payment options
it may be if you're not already in arrears with them, but I have had a payment plan with them before. When you file for the automatic extension, it only allows that the deadline to file the return itself is extended to August 15th, but if you are going to owe, you are still supposed to pay by April 15th. (What's the point, right?) I think it is more a means for people who have complicated returns to get more time to complete them, but still have to estimate how much they owe and go ahead and pay that.
P.S. They DO lower your minimum payment due (nm)

Info on stimulus payment...
I looked on irs.gov and looked under where is my stimulus payment. It said if you did not send you taxes off until April 15 or close to April 15 you taxes weren't late but the taxes weren't processed by April 15. So you will not get your payment on that date on the schedule. It can be up to 6 weeks later. I mailed mine on April 15 so that is why I didn't get it today.
Did anyone's credit card payment any go up
seems chase is changing policies on their credit card holders. charging 10 service fees if you want to keep your promotional rate. also doubling minimum payments. Didn't they have financial problems in 2008?
Payment process was restructured.

If you can handle the rent payment,
then let him move on and do not give him any money. Let him figure it out for himself.
If you have any interest in
plants and gardening, I notice that the nursery where I work utilizes volunteers for certain things. You might see if there are any garden nurseries or arboretums in your area that do the same. The fresh air and outside work is fun when you get to work with plants.
My only bill is the house payment, which is quite taken care of
with one of our checks each month. So, think what you will; our life is good. We save and know how to manage our money. Merry Christmas!
She received a 160K disability payment sm
Something about a back injury that didn't allow her to work (but did allow her to carry 8 babies? Strong back....?) and she also gets some money for a couple of the first 6 kids who are disabled in one way or another (not sure of the details).
I know about the no interest loans
I had 2 - one where I moved from previously and still owned and rented that home out and my present home. We got rid of those as soon as humanly possible- those sound good but the interest soon shoots through the roof- this is why all the repossessions going on now. These are only a stepping stone- not for you to keep for years on- you will lose it all. We did not lose but then again we could afford to play around a little- does not sound like you can and you have your hands full.

Wanted to share a link for an email from my friend in Australia....
You all piqued my interest so I did some research
I had no idea what a french press was, how it's used, or nothin'. I found this site with a picture narrative and even detail on what kind of a grinder to get. Way to much work for me--I can barely operate my Mr. Coffee correctly, never mind one of these bad boys. For you coffee afficionado's though, this looks incredibly fascinating and delicious!

and why do you read posts you have no interest in?
Perhaps no life? Grow up!
isn't the interest on that pretty high?

I lost interest - read why
I don't know what it was about it. I absolutely loved the show when it first began. Then the next season it got weirder and kept getting more and more weird. One time I was watching it and all of a sudden everyone was old. I couldn't figure out what it was I missed. I understand that Christian is the father of the boy, who married the girl that Christian was having sex with (the sexy model that Christian fixed from some horrible accident she was in). She ended up being a religious wack, they had a baby, were into drugs big time, mother turned lesbian, assistant in OR turned lesbian. Then not Christian but other main character (whose wife turned lesbian) the lesbian wife took off to another state with the daughter and their baby who had a horrible deformity. They had a "small person" caretaker (what he did to add to the story I don't know). The druggee son who had a gay relationship became a doctor? Whoooo-boy, I just got too confused that I lost interest. It reminded me of how I feel when I watch the show "Lost" - lost. I do like all the actors and actresses though. Have seen them in other shows/movies. They are good but I just don't understand the story anymore.
Just closed on 4.375 interest rate! nm
If you are that concerned about a potential love interest
check out abika.com. There are a million ways to find information on someone - for a price. There is no such thing as protected privacy anymore. Remember, though, saavy suitors can find the same information about your mom in the same way. She doesn't have to know you are doing it either. They have one section where all you need is their screen name from one of maybe 3 or 4 of the major dating sites to start a search.
I don't know the answer about the SS benefits.
Point of interest-use older eggs for hardboiled,

Pay off highest interest rate debt first, then the next, and onto the next. The house can wait. Do

Negotiate lower interest rates on your credit cards
It’s worth a shot, and some credit card companies might do it if you’ve been a faithful customer or you threaten to balance transfer to another card.Buy a texting plan for your cell phone. Texting has become unbelievably popular. I have no idea why, because it seems like a pain in the butt, but it’s typically 15 cents for every message you send and receive. This adds up, so better off paying $5 to $10 a month for the add-on plan if you’re addicted to texting.
Have U renogiated credit card debt when minimum payment got too high? Do they take your card away,
