You can go to the state department website and get the list, but the gist of it is to set up your house so you don't have to leave for two weeks.
That is a lot easier to do than you think. Powdered milk and eggs, tylenol for each age group, soap, and some brain food too for kids and adults like workbooks, and things to do while the school is closed.
Like you pointed out, same thing happened in 1918. They also had two week quarantines then too.
And here we sit. So even if we all get sick, we will get through it.
Two weeks locked in the house will hopefully be the worst thing that happens to any of us.
