not sure about the hairspray on skin though....but I know GOOP will get anything off.......
Since you've already tried hairspray,

which would have been my first suggestion, I think I would try the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.  I know it has removed permanent marker from my kitchen table (wood) and a few other things I did not think would come clean.  Pretty much works magic!


If you do try it, you might want to try an inconspicuous area first.  I don't know about nail polish remover . . . have accidentally spilled that on a velvet dress and it sort of ate it, but velvet and leather are two different things .  Maybe it depends on whether it has acetone or not too.
