Next time add a lot more water when cooking, and add vegetables or seasoning and cover to prevent evaporation.
Or you can cheat at the end with gravy packet or chicken bouillon cubes to make more gravy.

Have you not heard the saying, once a cheat
always a cheat? A man tells a woman whatever he wants her to know- do you think if he cheated on the first wife he would really explain why? One of the symptoms (as in using condoms when not in the past) is a signal you should watch out for- strange when not using for years and then deciding to even with the reason you/he gives.
Although some women do, the percentage of married men that cheat is astonishing.
If given the opportunity, most wouldn't turn it down.
