Personally I would rather here "I have a vagina" or "I have a penis" from a child rather than "I have a muffmuff". Especially since we had a cat growing up and her name was Puff Puff Kitty.

People shouldn't be so uptight about body parts. Every part has a purpose and if they teach their kids the names growing up they will not be ashamed and most likely will never thing anything about it.
