I had one in November.
I wanted a hysterectomy because I've struggled with super-painful periods my whole life. As I've gotten older (almost 51 now) my periods had gotten very heavy and clot-filled. The doctor said that a hysterectomy would be overkill, since I'm likely going to be entering menopause soon, anyway.
The docs have experimented with different kinds/methods of BCPs and hormones over the past 8 years, and I was fed up. They had given me some pills in May that caused me to constantly bleed up until the day I had my procedure. I just had additional pain and bleeding at period time.
On the day of surgery I was 3 weeks into what would have been my normal cycle. I bled/shed for about 4 weeks after the procedure. So far I've had no bleeding since, so I have passed one period and I am kind of anxious to see if I have anything this month. I hope not! (I hope I don't jinx it by talking about it! ;-) )
I think it's worth a try. Everyone is different, but it's a very quick recovery and you can always have a hysterectomy if you don't get a good result.

I have a lot of gray poking out here and there and my hair was color treated (streaks of blonde) but they told me if I had it colored all one color, they would accept it so I did.
My hair grows way too fast and I went from about 1 to 1.5 inches long to very very long in just two years. They took off a 14 inch pony and I still had a good 2-3 inches of hair left.
It's a good cause and a good reason for cutting the hair!

When I was little my parents were visited by one
It was so scary. I had people come to my school and look all over my body. Then I came home and my mom was rushing around cleaning and so panicked. It seems one of the neighbors called on them and told them that my mom burned us with curling irons and smacked us around. Which did not happen. In fact, our neighbors across the street and next door were outside until the lady had left with their eyes all on us. Sounds to me like you might just need to move and start new somewhere else. That is an expensive option, but I have not doubt that it would be good emotionally for you.
Lots of shows air repeats after November
sweeps. Lots of holiday shows, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, etc. are on. Some new shows start in January. Then you have February sweeps! Yay!

lives in Montana nor a lot of the states where I visited. Saw lots of horses, though. Drove for miles without seeing a soul, no houses, no businesses, only horses.

the Galleria Mall. If I were close to Houston or in Houston I would jump in my car RIGHT NOW and go there. It was beautiful and amazing. It had Louis Vitton, Kate Spade, Coach and other high end, can't even afford to browse, stores and shops in that mall. I loved it. Very pretty. But the food court was the best! My husband and I took the kids and we spent hours there! It has everything. I guess living in the country in a small town out of state is what is making me yearn for the big city right now. It's Christmas, cold, I have money to spend on gifts, and I just want to be in a big city!!
I know NY is crazy this time of year, but I'd go in a heartbeat!! You are fortunate if you live in a big city

My doggies are loving it though! They were our romping in it instead of going potty..and my new puppy was even playing in it. Glad you like it so much..it is beautiful to look at, I just hate being out in it.

First ever male furkid here and yuck!
I have a neutered male cat who is about 2 years old now, love him so but I wondered where the big stink was coming from and turns out it is him, his behind to go into detail. I have 2 other furkids, his brotheI and female and neither one of these are smelly. He nor his brother spray on the furniture or walls, have never seen that happen but can anyone tell me why he might be so smelly- are there glands in the rear I am totally unaware or ?? Being as he is over 20 pounds probably I will have to take him to be groomed but the question is why?? He is in good health as far as I am aware. Thanks.
Yuck - I can't stand snow
Or winter. I really don't know why I still live in the Northeast. We have a lot of snow (we had a snow day already yesterday). When it's winter I don't leave the house unless it is absolutely, positively necessary.

Never, ever wear PJs to work in, yuck!
Always shower before starting, clean clothes every day, the deodorant, freshly brushed teeth, sometimes lightener under my eyes (tend to have dark circles). My favorite pants are stretchy black jeans by Gloria Vanderbilt, they fit me to a T and wear those in capris in summer and the long jeans in winter. I try to change up my blouses because I tend to get bored with the same. My footwear mostly sandals all year around, Memphisto or Bergies, thongs but i have to transcript with the right sandal off, of course.
I was in British Virgin Islands last week and it was 5.78 on one island we visited. Nmsg.
