It's the social isolation,,,.I've been working at home for 8 years and taking care of my husband who is disabled...It does take a toll on ya. If you've got the opportunity, take a walk in a nature preserve with a friend...smile, sing and talk about everything and nothing....go get a 99 cent sundae at Sonic... It does help. Cat
